February 17th was a beautiful Saturday, but BOY was it WINDY! Thankfully no outside ceremony, but I do hope they got some nice outside photos without blowing away! The ceremony was inside at Paradise Cove, and the reception at the DFW Hilton Lakes in Grapevine. I love both Venues, Tina at Paradise Cove is so great to work with! and Kristin at the Hilton (one of my personal favorite friends) is one of the most organized coordinators around! Texas Star Bakery did the cake (photos to be posted soon) and Pictures were done by McNosky Images (my hubby!)
Despite being the week of Valentines (the one holiday I DONT like and DONT work!) the flowers came in beautifully. (Valentine's doesnt always bring in the best quality flowers) our one downfall was at the last minute the shipment of Calla Lilies were late to our wholesaler and would not have arrived until Saturday (AHHHH! stress!) so unfortunately we had to change up the bridesmaids bouquets last minute. They were supposed to be 5 stems of large white calla lilies each, but instead it ended up being a smaller version of Amanda's Bouquet, minus the berries and viburnum. We used Ivory Roses (Vendella), Champagne Roses (Sahara), White Mini calla lilies and white rannuculas with few hints of variegated pittsporum.
